Allen Stanfield brings over two decades of hands-on experience and deep local knowledge to the Mississippi Gulf Coast real estate market. A Biloxi native with lifelong roots across the Coast, Allen attended elementary school in Gulfport and high school in Pass Christian—giving him a genuine, ground-level understanding of the distinct communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyles that make South Mississippi unique.
For the past decade, Allen has been a key member of Rain Residential in Ocean Springs, where he continues to lead successful residential and commercial real estate sales throughout the region. Recognizing the rapid growth and unique needs of the vacation rental market, Allen founded and now leads Rain Residential’s Short-Term Rental Division, overseeing the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of systems designed specifically for Gulf Coast investors and homeowners. In addition to short-term rentals, he directs the firm’s broader Property Management Division, including long-term residential leasing, investment property operations, and commercial leasing and sales.
As an active short-term rental owner himself, Allen brings a real-world, owner-level perspective to every client relationship. His approach is rooted in a genuine love for the Mississippi Gulf Coast and a desire to help others experience it—whether as a homeowner, guest, or investor. From understanding seasonality and local regulations to maximizing guest experience and long-term returns, Allen blends strategy with hospitality and deep local insight.
Allen’s professional background extends beyond traditional real estate. He has worked on both federal and state disaster recovery housing programs, served as Mississippi Community Relations Manager for BP’s Gulf Coast Restoration Organization, and held leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. These experiences shaped his service-driven, ethical approach and reinforced his commitment to rebuilding, stewardship, and community-focused growth.
Highly engaged in the community, Allen is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast and a founding member and treasurer of OSPREYS (Ocean Springs Pedestrian, Resident, Exercise, and Youth Safety). He has served on the Ocean Springs Planning Commission, the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce Board, and actively supports youth athletics and community initiatives throughout Ocean Springs and the surrounding Coast.
A lifelong endurance athlete and USA Triathlon-certified coach, Allen has completed more than 100 triathlons and coached hundreds of athletes nationwide—bringing the same discipline, strategy, and consistency to his real estate practice.
