We have been directly involved in leasing some of Ocean Springs’ most notable commercial projects, including OS1515, home to a curated mix of activities and boutiques, as well as spaces within The Collective, which includes a fitness studio, law office, restaurant, bookstore, and more.
These projects required a hands-on approach—from positioning and marketing to tenant selection and deal execution. Our focus is always on creating the right mix of businesses, ensuring each space is filled thoughtfully and built for long-term success.
