Jamie Gavin

Jamie Gavin serves as Director of Finance and Human Resources, bringing over two decades of financial strategy, operational management, and data analytics leadership to the company. Jamie plays a pivotal role in driving corporate growth, streamlining multi-entity operations, and ensuring sound fiscal governance. Prior to joining the team, Jamie held key executive roles across various industries. She oversaw multi-state financial operations, led strategic asset-purchase restructures, implemented key accounting technologies, and managed cross-functional teams spanning finance, HR, and marketing. Her earlier career includes experience in commercial banking and accounting services, where she developed deep expertise in financial statement analysis, underwriting support, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to her corporate background, Jamie spent six years as a faculty instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her unique blend of corporate financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and organizational leadership allows her to optimize capital allocation while fostering a high-performing team culture.
