Born and raised along the Mexican border in Far West Texas, Kati is a Spanish speaker and brings a broad cultural perspective to her work. Her professional background includes experience in teaching, sales, sales training, advertising, marketing, publishing, and community service, all of which contribute to her well-rounded and client-focused approach. She has been actively involved in organizations such as Junior League, Keep Texas Beautiful, and United Way of the Virginia Peninsula.

 

Now based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Kati appreciates the area’s water-centric lifestyle and diverse community. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from military families and first-time buyers to retirees seeking to enjoy the Coast’s climate, culture, and history. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and home improvement projects.
