Kristin began her real estate career at Rain Residential in 2014 and quickly established herself as a leader in the industry. She has earned the Top Producer Award from both the Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS® and the Biloxi Ocean Springs Association of REALTORS® every year since, an achievement that reflects her consistency, work ethic, and commitment to her clients.
Before focusing exclusively on residential sales, Kristin developed a deep understanding of hospitality, branding, and experiential real estate through her work with The Inns of Ocean Springs, The Roost Boutique Hotel, and The Beatnik. These award-winning properties have been featured in Southern Living, Vogue, and House Beautiful, shaping Kristin’s refined eye for detail and her ability to position properties as lifestyle-driven investments.
Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Kristin relocated to Ocean Springs in 2010, where she quickly became involved in the community, including work with the Ocean Springs Tourism Bureau. That local immersion continues to inform her market expertise and authentic connection to the Coast.
