Roxy Condrey and her husband, Ted Condrey, are the owners of Rain Residential. Together, they lead Rain as an integrated real estate and property services company built on professionalism, long-term thinking, and trusted relationships. Under their direction, Rain has grown from a boutique brokerage into a multi-division firm serving clients across residential sales, single-family and multifamily property management, and hospitality through Rain Travel Collection.
As Managing Broker, Roxy oversees Rain’s sales and marketing standards and leads the team with a strategy-first, advisory approach. Ted and Roxy work closely with Rain’s agents, property managers, and support professionals to ensure every client experience is guided by clear systems, strong communication, and thoughtful decision-making—not a transaction-first mindset. Their leadership is hands-on and collaborative, focused on building a high-performing team that delivers consistency, accountability, and results.
What sets Rain apart is the firm’s ability to support clients across the full real estate lifecycle. Ted and Roxy often partner with owners and investors early—many times before a project breaks ground—to help align development strategy, market positioning, pricing, marketing plans, leasing strategy, and long-term operations. That same planning mindset shapes how Rain approaches residential listings, investment acquisitions, and property management: from inception through execution, every decision is made to support the client’s goals and strengthen the long-term value of the asset.
Roxy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Psychology from Louisiana State University and is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). Her background includes high-level sales and marketing experience prior to real estate, and her real estate career began on Florida’s Emerald Coast, working with a decorated developer and builder. She later expanded her professional scope through multi-state licensure, including previous broker licensing in Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, and, currently, Mississippi.
Ted and Roxy are also deeply invested in Ocean Springs and the Mississippi Gulf Coast through real estate development, long-term rentals, and hospitality. Founder and operator of a collection of distinctive hotels, including The Inn at Ocean Springs, The Roost Boutique Hotel, The Beatnik, and Gulf Hills Hotel & Resort—managed under Rain Travel Collection. Under Rain Travel Collection, these properties have earned multiple awards and have been featured in publications such as Southern Living, Coastal Living, Vogue, and House Beautiful. Roxy has been closely involved in the brand strategy, design direction, and guest experience planning for each property, ensuring the same level of intentionality and quality that defines Rain.
