***The boat slip (#32) is conveniently located at the end of the F-1 building and carport. There is a nice greenspace in front of the lift which is convenient for loading, unloading and picnics, etc. The boat lift has a 12 thousand lbs. capacity and is presently configured for a center console boat. It can be easily re-configured for a Pontoon/tritoon and is activated manually and with a remote. Motion activated lighting is located on the lift beams. An additional electrical outlet was added to provide more convenient access to power. Also, fresh water is available on both sides of the boat and at the stern of boat to make it easier for cleaning and to flush out the motor at the end of a boating day. Much of the wood has been recently replaced in the dock area surrounding the lift, and the pilings have been capped for finishing touches. A receptacle is installed on one of the pilings for a beach umbrella for welcome shade on a sunny day.
